Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Eligibility for Returns 

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. 
To qualify: 

Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Return Process 

Email support@taglus.com with your order number and photos of the product. 

Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. 

Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, used dental materials or opened packaging cannot be returned unless defective.


Cancellation Policy 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.  

To cancel, please email support@taglus.com with your order number.  

Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made - you may refer to our Return Policy instead. 

Warranty Policy 

Taglus products are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. 

Coverage 

    1. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 
    2. Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use. 

Exclusions 

    1. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification. 
    2. Normal wear and tear or consumable items. 

Claim Process 

Contact support@taglus.com with details, proof of purchase, and photos. If approved, Taglus may repair, replace, or credit the product value at its discretion.
